We quit our jobs to cook for you.

We're four brothers. Two of us are professional cooks, and all of us were raised in a kitchen where food was love. When we moved to Canada, we missed the one thing money couldn't buy: ghar ka khana.

So we built Tiffin Junction. Every morning before sunrise, we cook fresh meals the way they're meant to be made: pure desi ghee, real spices, and zero shortcuts. Your tiffin is at your door before you even wake up.

We cook through the night and deliver every morning, Monday to Friday between 4 AM and 6 AM, so your tiffin is waiting at the door before your day starts.
We deliver Monday to Friday. Need food for the weekend? Lots of our customers take 2 tiffins on Friday: one for Friday, one for Saturday. Ask us on WhatsApp, or use the "2 tiffins" option in the tiffin builder above, and we set it up.
Cooked fresh every night, never reheated. We start cooking in the evening and finish through the night so everything reaches you hot and fresh in the morning. No frozen shortcuts, no pre-made masalas, no reheated leftovers. Just real cooking, every single day.
We cook in a commercial kitchen, not a home setup. Professional equipment, proper food-safety practices, and the capacity to cook fresh for the whole tri-city every single night. You get ghar jaisa khana with commercial-kitchen standards behind it.
Yes, all our chicken is halal. Every non-veg dish on the menu is prepared with halal chicken, every day.
Never. No dish repeats within 14 days. We run a rotating cycle and keep adding new dishes, so there's always something to look forward to. Think of it like eating at a home where the cook actually tries, not a canteen running the same menu on loop.
Yes, fully. Every item, every portion, fully adjustable. Want extra rotis? Done. Double the veg curry / daal and skip the veg dry sabji? No problem. Swap non veg curry / chicken for a second vegetable dish? Easy. You tell us exactly what you want, and we price it accordingly, so you're never paying for something you didn't ask for.
Yes. Just let us know by 10 PM the night before and we'll skip that delivery. The meal gets added back to the end of your plan so you never lose it. Travelling for a few days? Going home for a week? No issue. We work around your life, not the other way around.
Veg Curry / Daal is any gravy-based dish like daal, channa masala, butter paneer, kadhai paneer, rajma, or palak. Veg Dry Sabji is a dry or semi-dry vegetable dish like aloo gobi, bhindi masala, or jeera aloo. Both rotate daily. On non-veg plans, the Non Veg Curry / Chicken is a chicken-based gravy like butter chicken, chicken karahi, or methi chicken.
Your plan includes a sweet 3 days a week, and it rotates: sometimes homemade, like sooji halwa, meetha chawal, or kheer, and sometimes a classic mithai like gulab jamun or rasgulla. Want a sweet all 5 days? Just ask and we'll add it to your plan.
Our raita is fresh yogurt with boondi, cumin, and a pinch of chaat masala, and the combination changes slightly depending on the day's menu. Always freshly made, always pairs well with the rice and roti. All plans include 4 oz, and you can upgrade to 8 oz if you'd like more.
We currently deliver across Kitchener, Waterloo, and Cambridge. Not sure if we cover your street? Message us on WhatsApp with your address and we'll confirm instantly. Most areas in the tri-city are within our delivery zone.
Plans are prepaid monthly via Interac e-Transfer: simple, fast, and no transaction fees. There are no contracts, no sign-up fees, and no hidden charges. Not ready to commit? Try a single tiffin for $12 first. If you love it, we'll get you set up on a plan.
